24-hour Live Support
Our lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (800) 227-9371. Call Center or System Analysts are immediately available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 12 AM Midnight CST. After hours, our professional answering service will page the appropriate personnel.
Virtual Help Desk
In addition to live telephone support, Customer Care offers a web-based support option, Virtual Help Desk. Within Virtual Help Desk, registered users will have the ability to research issues and resolutions through our knowledge database, place a new support call without picking up the phone or review technical product and backup information.
Issue Tracking
Every issue reported to our Call Center, no matter the size and significance, is assigned an incident number. This reference number allows us to track your issue through to resolution. Please note your incident number and reference it when calling us for follow-up or when requesting status on an issue.
Rapid Response
If a Call Center Analyst is unable to provide you with an immediate resolution, we will forward your issue to a System Analyst for the appropriate application. Our System Analysts are committed to solving issues promptly and with sensitivity to the impact on your operations.
Other Support
In addition to software issues, we also support contracted hardware concerns. Once a hardware issue is reported, if applicable, we will notify a hardware technician for dispatch.
